Sandra is a sociologist and coach who dedicates her work to helping clients in realizing their true potential in life and work. She coaches with gifted young professionals, researchers, expats and other strongly driven individuals on their path of self-activation and fulfillment. She supports her highly reflective clients in their endeavor to find purpose and meaning, through collaboratively transforming behaviors, consciously creating values, and empowering them to live and work with a deeper sense of existence.
Born and raised in Switzerland, Sandra has always been passionate about immersing herself into foreign cultures and lifestyles, for instance in New Zealand, Estonia, Canada and Vietnam. While serving several roles in the non-profit and academic worlds, Sandra embarked on a journey of self-enlightenment. By confronting dissatisfaction and pursuing the essential in life, she has drastically reshaped her life and work, and keeps refining them. Her unwavering fascination for human social interaction and her keen sensitivity for people have most recently led her to devote her professional life to coaching.
Sandra is a trained sociologist (Master in Sociology, Master of Public Policy) and has worked extensively in the research field. She has recently joined Rediscovering Yourself, where she is currently training under Jennifer Harvey Sallin. Sandra’s work is guided by intense curiosity, deep compassion and a distinct intuitive awareness. The works of Susan Cain (introversion), Robert Greene (vocation), Dacher Keltner (happiness), Ana Forrest (courage), Dan Millman (self-illumination), and Karl R. Popper (situational logic) have been formative for her approach to life and work.
Sandra is 36 years old and lives in Tallinn, Estonia and coaches in person and internationally by Skype in German and English.

You are intensively grappling with life and/or career questions and want support in finding answers, but outside of therapy or psychoanalysis. You are looking for a space of trust and a genuine counterpart with whom you can openly share and learn to better understand your situation. We collaboratively arrive at answers by taking a forward-looking perspective in coaching, allowing you to consciously define your life and work purpose and to confidently shape your future.
Typically, my clients are young professionals, academics, researchers or expats balancing their career, family and personal priorities. Often, they are individuals who are in (sometimes severe) emotional and/or existential confusion. My clients are highly reflective and intense people in search of meaning and their place in their professional and private worlds. They feel apart or different from others, finding it challenging to truly relate to their environment. They have high standards and strong values; they are idealists with a mission to change the world for the better.
My clients typically seek help in orientating their immense potential and their strong drive towards a more profound sense of existence. Oftentimes, they contact me because they are feeling lost, out of place, discouraged or overwhelmed. I guide them in identifying who they are at their core, and in directing their focus to their particular calling in life and work. I help them understand, resolve and overcome the challenges that they face along their journey of self-activation and sustained fulfillment.
A continuous realizing of one’s true potential by their own creation.
The coaching process starts with the client’s current problem – we begin where you presently are. We take this problem and use it as an indicator and stepping-stone to address overall life and career dilemma. By looking at the current temporary state we find answers to the fundamental life questions. What is most important to me? What values do I want to live by? How can I translate this choice into a lived reality?
Coaching individuals is the ideal pathway for me to share my gift of helping people and kindling their potential to flourish. Having a strong sense of intuition and being highly sensitive, I have an innate “feel” for others and their inner world. I’m passionate about accompanying clients in their quest for meaning and purpose, providing the support that they deserve to live with a deeper sense of existence.
Coaching sessions in person take place in the Tallinn area, and virtually by Skype. Typically, sessions begin on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and go on at bi-weekly or monthly intervals. Numerous clients continue on a sporadic basis, according to their needs and preferences. Sessions are planned as we go along. Support by email is available throughout the coaching process.
Pricing can be adjusted for low-income clients or clients in financial difficulty.
